Job Description

The F&B Supervisor supports the daily operation of restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets at Aloft by Marriott Osaka Umeda. Requirements typically include hospitality or food and beverage experience, supervisory ability, customer-service skills, basic financial and inventory awareness, and strong communication. Japanese language ability is highly desirable, while English or other languages may be useful in an international hotel. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach team members, maintain Marriott service and hygiene standards, coordinate guest orders and outlet service, handle complaints professionally, monitor stock and sales, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
