Job Description

The Commis supports the kitchen team with food preparation, basic cooking, ingredient handling, plating and maintaining clean, organised work areas. Candidates should ideally have some culinary training, kitchen experience or a strong interest in hospitality. The role requires good hygiene practices, willingness to follow recipes and food-safety procedures, teamwork, reliability and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. A positive attitude, physical stamina and readiness to learn from senior chefs are important for success.
