Job Description

The Housekeeping Attendant (Room) is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and related hotel areas according to Sheraton and Marriott standards. Duties include changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests, and following health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to provide courteous service, protect guest privacy, work efficiently as part of a team, and maintain a professional appearance. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
