The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily service at La Brasserie, ensuring efficient operations, excellent guest experiences, and compliance with Marriott and Le Méridien standards. Requirements typically include previous experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, leadership ability, English communication skills, and a professional hospitality attitude.
