Job Description

The Reservations Agent manages guest room bookings, amendments, cancellations and inquiries by phone, email and reservation systems. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency and the ability to work accurately in a busy hotel environment. Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office or a similar customer-facing role is usually preferred. Fluency in English is generally expected, while Arabic or other languages can be an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to provide warm, professional service, explain room types and rates clearly, follow hotel policies, maintain accurate records and coordinate effectively with Front Office, Sales and Housekeeping. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is also required.
