Job Description

The Chef de Cuisine leads the kitchen operation at Rüya, overseeing food preparation, menu execution, quality, presentation, hygiene and cost control. Candidates are expected to have professional culinary training and several years of experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel, ideally with knowledge of Turkish, Mediterranean or contemporary cuisine. The role requires strong leadership, organization and communication skills, along with the ability to train colleagues, manage kitchen standards, control inventory and perform effectively during busy service periods. A passion for hospitality, creativity, attention to detail and a thorough understanding of food safety are essential. Experience with menu development, budgeting and supervising multicultural teams would be advantageous.
