Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales and marketing team by coordinating client communications, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining records, arranging appointments, tracking leads, and assisting with group, corporate, and event business. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, professional presentation, and confidence using Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems. Previous experience in hotel sales, events, reservations, or administration is advantageous. The role requires a guest-focused attitude, efficient follow-up, discretion when handling client information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to support sales activities and client visits are expected.
