Job Description

The Bar Manager is responsible for leading daily bar operations at The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, maintaining high service standards, controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements. Candidates should have relevant hotel or hospitality experience, strong knowledge of beverages and mixology, supervisory or management experience, and excellent communication skills.
