Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, including Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Hospitality offers many opportunities in hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering, events, and tourism, particularly for candidates with kitchen, service, housekeeping, or front-office experience. UAE culture combines Emirati traditions with a large international workforce; modest dress, respect for religion, and professional conduct are important. The lifestyle is modern and convenient, with excellent shopping, beaches, public transport, and diverse food, although summers are extremely hot and living costs can be high. Employees normally require an employer-sponsored work and residence visa. Employers commonly arrange medical checks and Emirates ID processing, while accommodation or transport may be included. Candidates should confirm salary, benefits, working hours, probation terms, and visa sponsorship before relocating.
