Job Description

The Purchasing Supervisor oversees hotel purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, raising purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Candidates should ideally have purchasing or procurement experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, strong knowledge of suppliers and products, and good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Familiarity with purchasing systems, inventory controls, budgets, and Microsoft Office is expected. As this is a UAE National position, applicants must hold UAE nationality and meet local employment requirements. The successful candidate is expected to maintain high purchasing standards, support cost control, build reliable supplier relationships, and ensure goods meet Marriott quality and operational requirements.
