The Guest Experience Expert – At Your Service supports guests by handling requests, questions, reservations, directions, and service follow-up throughout their stay. Requirements typically include strong English communication, a friendly and professional manner, basic computer and telephone skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in hotel guest services, front office, concierge, or customer service is helpful. The successful candidate is expected to be responsive, discreet, well-presented, culturally aware, and confident when resolving concerns.
