Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and processing payments. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional presentation, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. Previous hospitality experience is useful but may not always be essential. Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is generally expected. Responsible service of alcohol certification may be required for roles involving alcohol service, and applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
