Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, processing payments and maintaining clean, well-presented service areas. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. Hospitality experience is helpful but training may be provided. Availability for rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, is expected. Responsible Service of Alcohol certification may be required for duties involving alcohol. The successful candidate should be reliable, team-oriented, flexible and committed to delivering Marriott-quality guest experiences.
