Experience in hotel training, human resources, or hospitality operations is preferred. The role requires confidence working with employees at different levels, attention to detail, discretion, a service-minded attitude, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced resort environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel training procedures would be advantageous.
