Job Description

The Sales Administrator supports the hotel’s sales team by maintaining client records, preparing proposals and reports, coordinating appointments, processing correspondence, and assisting with corporate, group, and event business. Candidates should have strong organization, communication, and administrative skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and attention to detail. Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality administration, or a similar commercial role is preferred. Professional Indonesian and working English are useful, along with a service-minded attitude and the ability to manage deadlines, confidential information, and multiple requests. The successful candidate is expected to work cooperatively with sales, revenue, events, and operations teams while representing the hotel professionally.
