F&B Intern

Job Description

The F&B Intern supports daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, banquets, room service, and guest service areas. Typical requirements include current enrollment in, or recent completion of, hospitality, hotel management, or a related program; good communication skills; professional presentation; and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. The candidate is expected to assist with preparation, service, table setup, order taking, cleanliness, stock handling, and basic guest requests while following Marriott standards, food-safety procedures, and workplace policies. A positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn are important.
