The Engineering Admin supports the hotel’s engineering and maintenance department with administration, work-order coordination, records, purchase requests, reports, scheduling, and communication with other departments and suppliers. Candidates are generally expected to have administrative experience, good organization and time-management skills, confidence using Microsoft Office, accurate record-keeping abilities, and clear spoken and written communication. Previous experience in a hotel, facilities, property, or engineering environment is advantageous. The successful candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, discreet with information, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality setting. A willingness to support operational requirements, follow safety procedures, and work cooperatively with technicians, managers, contractors, and hotel colleagues is important.
