Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily restaurant, bar, banquet, or room-service operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth team performance. Requirements typically include previous hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills, knowledge of service standards, and the flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with Marriott standards, point-of-sale systems, food safety, cash handling, and staff training is advantageous.
