Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating hotel revenue by developing corporate, group, leisure and event business, managing client accounts, conducting sales calls and site inspections, preparing proposals, and achieving monthly targets. Candidates should have relevant hotel sales or business development experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, good knowledge of the local market, and confidence using sales and reporting systems. The role requires a professional, target-driven and customer-focused approach, with the flexibility to attend networking events, client meetings and hotel functions. Candidates are expected to build long-term relationships, work closely with revenue, events and operations teams, maintain accurate sales records, and represent Courtyard by Marriott professionally.
