Job Description

The Chef de Partie prepares and presents kaiseki and other Japanese cuisine according to The Ritz-Carlton’s quality standards. Requirements typically include professional kitchen experience, strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques, food-safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a team. Experience in kaiseki, fine dining, or a luxury hotel is highly desirable.
