Job Description

The Front Desk Associate welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, processes payments, responds to enquiries, coordinates guest requests, and maintains accurate reservation and room information. Candidates should have strong spoken English, professional grooming, a friendly service attitude, good communication skills, basic computer ability, and confidence handling cash or card transactions. Previous hotel or customer-service experience is helpful, although suitable entry-level applicants may be considered. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with the ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy hotel environment. Knowledge of additional languages and familiarity with hotel systems would be advantageous.
