Job Description

The Assistant F&B Manager supports the daily operation of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquet services and related outlets. Requirements typically include several years of food and beverage experience, previous supervisory or management experience, strong knowledge of service standards, food safety and cost control, and good communication skills. Fluency in English is normally expected, while Bahasa Malaysia or other languages may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach the team, maintain excellent guest service, coordinate busy events, monitor staffing and inventory, resolve guest concerns, and support revenue and quality targets. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.
