A hospitality, business, or related qualification is advantageous, along with proficiency in English and commonly used sales or hotel systems. The successful candidate is expected to identify new business, maintain relationships with existing accounts, meet revenue targets, prepare sales reports, conduct property visits and presentations, and coordinate effectively with revenue, reservations, operations, and marketing teams. Flexibility, professionalism, commercial awareness, and willingness to travel locally between properties are important.
