Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning, assigns duties, checks standards, manages supplies, and supports guest satisfaction. Candidates typically need hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory ability, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. Knowledge of hotel operating procedures, health and safety standards, and basic computer systems is desirable. The role requires a professional appearance, reliability, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to coach team members and resolve service issues. Experience with Marriott or other international hotel standards would be an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, maintain consistent cleanliness standards, coordinate effectively with Front Office and Engineering, and handle guest requests promptly.
