Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates typically need hospitality or restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced resort environment. Familiarity with Marriott or luxury hotel standards is advantageous. The role expects a hands-on manager who can train employees, manage schedules, resolve guest concerns, monitor hygiene and safety, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, and achieve revenue and quality targets. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended shifts is essential.
