The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR administration at The St. Regis Dubai The Palm. Typical requirements include a relevant qualification or equivalent experience, strong organization and communication skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems. Previous experience in hospitality or a luxury hotel environment is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to maintain employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, coordinate interviews and training, prepare HR documents and reports, respond professionally to colleague inquiries, and follow Marriott policies and UAE labor regulations. A helpful, discreet, service-oriented attitude and the ability to manage several priorities in a multicultural workplace are important.
