Job Description

The Kitchen Admin supports the culinary department with daily administration, including preparing reports, maintaining records, processing requisitions, coordinating schedules, tracking supplies, and communicating with kitchen and other hotel teams. Candidates are generally expected to have administrative or hospitality experience, strong organization and attention to detail, basic computer skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office or hotel systems. Good communication in English is typically required; knowledge of Arabic and prior experience in a professional kitchen or hotel are advantageous. The successful candidate should be dependable, discreet, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following food safety, hygiene, and Marriott service standards.
