Job Description

The Learning Manager leads colleague training and development at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in human resources, hospitality, education, or a related field, along with experience in hotel learning and development, employee engagement, or training coordination. Strong English and Indonesian communication skills, presentation ability, organization, and confidence working with luxury-hospitality teams are expected. The successful candidate will assess training needs, coordinate orientation and service training, maintain learning records, support performance development, and help embed Ritz-Carlton service standards and company values. Experience with Marriott systems, hospitality compliance, coaching, and facilitating workshops would be advantageous.
