The Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations at Sheraton Resort & Spa Tokoriki Island, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, training, staff welfare and compliance with Fiji employment regulations and Marriott policies. Candidates are expected to have previous hotel or resort HR experience, strong communication and administrative skills, discretion, and a practical understanding of employment practices.
