The Junior Sous Chef – Chinese Cuisine supports the kitchen leadership team in preparing authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining Marriott and Ritz-Carlton standards. Candidates should have professional culinary experience, preferably in Chinese cuisine and a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, food presentation, hygiene, HACCP procedures, and kitchen safety is expected. The role requires leadership, teamwork, menu execution, stock control, and the ability to train and supervise junior colleagues. Candidates should be organized, creative, physically fit, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a busy resort kitchen.
