Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali’s Jakarta Sales Office by coordinating client communication, sales activities, proposals, presentations, contracts, reports, appointments and travel arrangements. The role typically requires strong administrative and organizational skills, professional written and spoken Indonesian and English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines. Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, event coordination or a related commercial role is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to represent the resort professionally, maintain accurate records, respond promptly to clients and internal teams, support lead generation and follow-up, and work collaboratively toward revenue and customer relationship goals. Occasional travel, flexibility and a service-oriented attitude may also be required.
