The Reservations Manager oversees the hotel’s reservations operation, ensuring accurate bookings, strong conversion, and consistent guest service. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field; several years of hotel reservations or front-office experience; knowledge of property-management and booking systems; and strong English communication, leadership, and organizational skills. The successful candidate is expected to manage inventory and rates, coordinate with front office, sales, and revenue teams, resolve booking issues, monitor performance, train staff, and maintain Marriott service standards. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is usually required, along with commercial awareness and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
