The Painter is responsible for maintaining the resort’s interior and exterior finishes, including guest rooms, public areas, staff facilities, and service spaces. Duties may include surface preparation, mixing and applying paint, wallpapering, minor plastering, repairing damaged finishes, and keeping tools and work areas clean. Candidates should have practical painting or property-maintenance experience, knowledge of paint types and application techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights when required. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, good teamwork, and a professional attitude. Hospitality or resort experience is helpful, as work must be completed efficiently while minimizing disruption to guests and hotel operations.
