Company Info

Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay is a luxury beachfront resort located on Fiji’s main island, Viti Levu, overlooking a private lagoon near Nadi. The property is part of Marriott International, one of the world’s largest hospitality companies, operating a broad portfolio of hotels and resorts worldwide. The resort offers accommodation, restaurants and bars, spa services, recreational activities, meeting facilities, and cultural experiences influenced by Fiji’s traditional hospitality. Team members work in an international, guest-focused environment where courtesy, professionalism, safety, and attention to detail are important. Exact salary, accommodation, visa sponsorship, and benefits should be confirmed directly with the employer.

Destination Guide

Fiji offers hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, housekeeping, diving, marine activities, maintenance, and guest-service opportunities, especially around Nadi, Denarau, Coral Coast, Suva, and Momi Bay. Fijian culture is welcoming and community-oriented, with strong traditions of respect, family, music, dance, and shared meals. Lifestyle is relaxed and outdoor-focused, with beaches, lagoons, snorkeling, village visits, and warm tropical weather, although living costs for imported goods can be high. Foreign workers generally need an approved work permit before starting employment; the employer normally supports the application and provides required job and immigration documents. Candidates should confirm accommodation, transport, medical checks, contract terms, and permit responsibilities before relocating. Momi Bay is resort-based and relatively peaceful, while Nadi provides more shopping, services, and international transport connections.
