Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily restaurant, bar, banquet, or room-service operations at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay. Requirements typically include previous experience in food and beverage supervision, strong knowledge of service standards, cash handling, food safety, and team coordination. Good English communication, guest-service skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected.
