Job Description

The Reservations Agent manages room bookings, amendments, cancellations and guest enquiries through telephone, email and reservation systems. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, basic computer proficiency, good attention to detail and the ability to handle payment and booking information accurately. Previous hotel, reservations or front-office experience is advantageous. Fluency in English is generally required, while Bahasa Malaysia and other languages are helpful. The successful candidate is expected to remain professional, respond promptly, meet service standards, coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
