Job Description

The Steward supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage teams by washing dishes, pots, utensils and equipment, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, handling waste and replenishing kitchen supplies. The role generally requires basic communication skills, physical stamina, attention to hygiene and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous hotel, restaurant or stewarding experience is helpful but may not be essential. Candidates are expected to follow food-safety procedures, use cleaning chemicals correctly, keep equipment in good condition, work cooperatively with chefs and service colleagues, and maintain a professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude in a busy hotel environment.
