Job Description

The F&B Service Expert welcomes guests, takes food and beverage orders, serves meals and drinks, sets and clears tables, processes payments, and maintains clean, well-presented dining areas. Candidates should have good communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is helpful, though training may be provided. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. The successful candidate should work well in a team, follow food-safety and service standards, respond positively to guest requests, and represent Marriott with courtesy and professionalism.
