Job Description

The Account Receivable Clerk supports the resort’s finance department by recording incoming payments, reconciling guest and company accounts, preparing invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with basic knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation procedures. Previous hotel or accounting experience is advantageous. The role requires accuracy, numerical ability, confidentiality, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems. Strong communication skills, a service-minded attitude, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines are expected. Familiarity with hospitality operations and English communication would be helpful.
