Company Info

Al Samriya Doha, Autograph Collection is a Marriott-affiliated luxury hotel in Qatar, operating under the Autograph Collection brand. Autograph Collection properties are known for distinctive design, locally influenced character, and personalized guest experiences rather than a standardized hotel style. The property serves leisure travelers, business guests, groups, and visitors seeking a premium stay in Doha. As part of Marriott International, the hotel is supported by a global hospitality network, established operating standards, training resources, and employee development opportunities. Team members typically work in a multicultural environment and are expected to deliver attentive service while maintaining professional standards across guest rooms, restaurants, events, and front-office operations. Exact benefits, accommodation arrangements, and employment conditions depend on the property and the final employment offer.

Destination Guide

Qatar is a small Gulf country, not an island, with Doha as its main business and cultural center. Hospitality jobs are available in hotels, resorts, restaurants, events, tourism, aviation, and luxury retail, with opportunities for international workers who have relevant experience. Local culture values hospitality, modest dress, respect for Islamic traditions, and polite professional behavior. Doha offers modern malls, beaches, museums, desert excursions, restaurants, and a generally comfortable expatriate lifestyle, although summer heat can be intense. Employers commonly sponsor work visas and residence permits, arrange medical checks, and may provide accommodation, transport, meals, insurance, and annual flights. Employees should confirm all benefits in writing before relocating. Bringing family usually requires meeting salary and sponsorship requirements. Qatar has no personal income tax on employment salaries, but living costs and accommodation arrangements should be reviewed carefully.
