Job Description

The Dual Property Financial Controller oversees financial operations for two hotel properties, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, financial reporting, cash control, audits, payroll oversight, and compliance with Marriott standards and local regulations. Candidates are expected to hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with substantial hotel finance experience and strong knowledge of Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry principles. Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is advantageous. The role requires excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel and accounting-system knowledge, and the ability to manage deadlines across two properties. Familiarity with Qatar tax, labor, and statutory requirements is beneficial.
