F&B Trainee

Job Description

The F&B Trainee supports restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations while learning Marriott service standards. Typical requirements include hospitality or tourism studies, a professional and friendly attitude, good communication skills, teamwork, personal presentation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. English is usually expected, while Spanish and other languages are valuable. The successful candidate is expected to assist guests courteously, maintain cleanliness and service standards, follow food-safety procedures, support colleagues during busy periods and demonstrate enthusiasm for developing a career in food and beverage.
