Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert–Telephone Operator manages hotel telephone communications and supports guests with information, requests, wake-up calls, transfers, and service coordination. Candidates should have strong spoken English, a friendly and professional manner, clear telephone etiquette, basic computer and message-handling skills, and the ability to remain calm while multitasking. Previous experience in a hotel switchboard, front office, guest services, or a customer-contact role is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to provide prompt, accurate, and personalized service, protect guest privacy, record requests correctly, and coordinate effectively with other departments. Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
