Job Description

The Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations at Al Samriya Doha Autograph Collection, including recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding, attendance, training support, staff relations and compliance with Qatar labour regulations and Marriott standards. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, along with hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong communication, organization, confidentiality and problem-solving skills are important. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with employees from diverse backgrounds, handling multiple priorities and using HR systems and Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or international hospitality brand would be advantageous.
