The Team Lead-Restaurant supports daily restaurant operations at Four Points by Sheraton Linkou, helping ensure efficient service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Marriott standards. Requirements typically include previous food-and-beverage or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, basic English, customer-service ability, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach team members, coordinate table service, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, support opening and closing procedures, and work closely with kitchen and hotel departments. Hospitality training or supervisory experience is advantageous.
