Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, including guest service, table assignments, order accuracy, staff coordination, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with Marriott service standards. Candidates typically need hospitality or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, basic computer ability, and knowledge of food safety and service procedures. Supervisory experience is preferred, while English and Mandarin skills are valuable in Taiwan’s international hotel environment. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, resolve guest concerns professionally, support staff training, maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
