Job Description

The InRoom Dining Telephone Service Agent receives guest calls, accurately records food and beverage orders, explains menu items, confirms delivery details, coordinates with the kitchen and delivery team, and follows up to ensure satisfaction. Candidates should have strong spoken English, a courteous telephone manner, good listening and order-entry skills, basic computer ability, and previous hotel, restaurant, or customer-service experience. The role requires professional presentation, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected. Knowledge of food safety, menu ingredients, and luxury hospitality standards is an advantage.
