Job Description

The Steward supports kitchen operations by washing dishes, utensils, cookware and equipment, maintaining clean storage and preparation areas, removing waste, and following food-safety and workplace-health requirements. The role generally requires good physical stamina, attention to cleanliness, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment. Previous kitchen, hotel or stewarding experience is helpful but may not be essential. Candidates are expected to follow instructions, handle cleaning chemicals safely, maintain high hygiene standards, work cooperatively with chefs and service teams, and remain flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
