Company Info

Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel Singapore, is positioned as an upscale hospitality property serving leisure and business travellers in Singapore. As a luxury hotel, it is expected to focus on personalised service, distinctive guest experiences, refined accommodation, food and beverage offerings, and strong connections with the local destination. Its marketing and communications team would help build the property’s public profile through media relations, storytelling, digital content, social media, partnerships, events, and promotional campaigns. Working in this environment requires close collaboration with hotel operations, revenue, sales, food and beverage, and corporate brand teams. Employees can expect an international hospitality setting with opportunities to develop expertise in luxury-brand standards, destination marketing, communications planning, and guest engagement. The role is suited to someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial awareness and professional hotel operations.

Destination Guide

Singapore is a compact, highly connected island city with strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, technology, finance, healthcare, and education. Hotels regularly recruit professionals in guest services, food and beverage, sales, marketing, events, culinary operations, and housekeeping. The culture is multicultural and generally orderly, with English widely used at work alongside Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil. Lifestyle highlights include excellent public transport, diverse food, safe neighbourhoods, shopping, arts, parks, and easy regional travel. Living costs, especially rent, are high, so employer accommodation or a housing allowance can be valuable. Foreign employees normally need an employer-sponsored work pass, such as an Employment Pass or S Pass, with eligibility depending on salary, qualifications, experience, and current government requirements. Before relocating, candidates should confirm the contract, pass type, medical requirements, taxes, insurance, and housing arrangements. Singapore offers a convenient and international base for building a hospitality career in Asia.
