Company Info

Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is a luxury beachfront resort in Krabi, Thailand, operated under The Ritz-Carlton Reserve brand within Marriott International. The property offers an intimate, highly personalized hospitality experience in a peaceful tropical setting near the Andaman Sea and popular destinations such as Hong Islands and Railay Beach. Its services typically include private villas, fine dining, spa treatments, excursions, and tailored guest experiences. As part of Marriott, the resort follows international standards for service, culinary quality, guest care, sustainability, and employee development. Working at Phulay Bay may provide exposure to luxury resort operations, multicultural teams, and high-end bakery and pastry production. Benefits can vary by contract but may include staff meals, uniforms, transportation or accommodation support, service charge, training, and access to Marriott career opportunities.

Destination Guide

Krabi is a coastal province rather than a single island, with easy access to beautiful islands such as Koh Phi Phi, Koh Lanta, Koh Hong, and Koh Yao. Hospitality is the main source of employment, with opportunities in hotels, restaurants, spas, guest services, kitchens, tourism, diving, and marine excursions. Life is relaxed and outdoors-oriented, with beaches, limestone cliffs, markets, temples, island trips, and a warm tropical climate. Thai culture places strong value on politeness, respect, community, and appropriate dress at temples; learning basic Thai phrases is helpful. Living costs are generally lower than Bangkok or Phuket, although tourist areas can be more expensive. Foreign employees normally require a Thai work permit and an appropriate non-immigrant visa, arranged with employer support. Before relocating, confirm accommodation, transport, salary, service charge, visa sponsorship, medical coverage, and contract conditions.
